e mail issue

Hello,I use adelphia.net,I use their web e mail,When I get an e mail that directs me to another link,the screen is blank and the word" done" is in the lower left corner.?I can't open it!,,if I send that email to my other e mail address,same computer,It open's ok?Why can't I open that link?All the setting appear to be the same for my e mails.thanks

Have you tried holding the CTRL key down as you click on your link? I don't know which patch did it, but ever since it came out certain links refuse to open for me unless I am following this procedure. You need to keep the CTRL key down until a box comes up asking what you would like to do.

check the settings that you have for the adelphia email.. you could also contact adelphia about the problem..

I tried adelphia already.they are able to open the link ok?,If I hold the ctrl key it only open another tap,(IE7),I can't find any setting that are different from my other email addresses?
